This case study examines a flood forecasting model developed by ACT in Odisha that increases disaster response time from 8-36 hours.
This paper uses examples from Nepal and elsewhere to explore how survey data based on people’s perceptions can inform understanding and policy-making on climate change impacts, vulnerability and adaptation.
